Class Description

This mid-paced class tones and sculpts the body through resistance training, building strength, endurance, joint stability, muscle size, and power. Expect compound exercises targeting multiple muscle groups, followed by energizing cardio bursts, using a body bar and resistance bands. Don’t forget to bring a mat, towel, and water!
