Each coaching option includes a custom training program, weekly virtual check-ins, and program updates every 6 weeks to support your progress as your goals, body, and schedule change.
You’ll also receive guidance around strength, mobility, nutrition habits, and consistency, so your plan feels clear, realistic, and built to support your life.
Online coaching starts at $325/month with a minimum 6 month commitment.

Start with a free 15-minute virtual consultation. This is a low-pressure call to talk through your goals, current routine, training history, mobility concerns, and what kind of support you are looking for.
02. Choose a coaching option that fits
After the consultation, Tia will recommend the option that makes the most sense for your goals, schedule, and level of support needed.
03. Receive your custom program
Your online coaching program is built specifically for you and delivered in about 2 weeks. It includes your training plan, support structure, and a clear path forward.
04. Check in, adjust, and keep building
You will have regular check-ins to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments as your body, schedule, and goals evolve.

This gentle 15-minute stretch and journal session is a simple way to experience Tia’s approach before starting a full program.
You’ll move through guided stretches, make space for reflection, and get a feel for how Ether supports you in connecting with your body without pressure or performance.
