Tia is the founder of Ether Training & Wellness, a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and mobility-focused coach who helps people build strength, move with more ease, and create a healthier relationship with fitness.
Her approach combines strength training, mobility work, yoga-informed movement, and realistic support around food, routine, and consistency. No restriction. No guilt. No starting over every few months. Just thoughtful coaching built around your body, your goals, and your actual life.

From discipline to a different kind of strength
Tia’s fitness journey began in bodybuilding, where she was chasing the idea of becoming smaller and proving she had the grit and discipline to transform her body.
That season taught her a lot. She learned movement fundamentals, built strength, developed consistency, and discovered the power of making time for herself. It gave her structure, purpose, and a deeper understanding of what her body was capable of.
But it also showed her the other side of fitness. The pressure to look a certain way. The restriction. The constant self-monitoring. The feeling that your body is always something to fix, manage, or prove.
Ether was built from both sides of that experience.
Tia brings the structure, accountability, and education that make training effective, but leaves behind the harmful messaging that makes people feel like their worth is tied to their body.
