Full Moon Yin + Sound bowls

Join me for a deep Yin practice based on the influence of the full moon. This 90 minute immersive experience honors both body and mind through breathwork, “mind journaling”, sound bowls, intuitive tarot, and of course, long deep Yin postures. In this class you’ll explore both mind and body, allowing you to leave connected, rested, and nourished.
